Delivery Charges and Details
When you make a purchase from us your goods will be sent out via our overnight courier service. We send out all our goods on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Unfortunately, we cannot specify a delivery time but someone must be available to sign for the goods. Please also ensure that you let us have a contact telephone number when filling out your on-screen details.
Orders received after mid-day Tuesday will be on the following week's delivery.
The cost of delivery is added to your purchase total before you are asked for payment.
Our standard delivery charges are based on the total amount spent as follows:-
under £ 20.00 - £3.50 / over £ 20.00 - £4.50 / over £125.00 - Free
This charge applies to UK mainland addresses only (not including Scottish Highlands & Islands.)
Tarrifs for other destinations are shown at check-out.
Method of payment
We take secure credit card payments through Paypal.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with any item purchased from us but we offer a no-quibble return guarantee. If you are not delighted with any item, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery as long as it remains in it's original condition and packaging.
We will be happy to refund the price of the item or, if you would prefer, we can replace the item. Please advise us by e mail if you intend to return any goods.
Damaged Goods
Any goods received damaged must be reported to us by e mail within 3 days of receipt.
